MY STORY
How did I get here?
SENSE OF CONNECTION
Since I was tiny, I’ve felt a deep connection with the natural world.
I’ve never lost the wonder at how I ended up on this planet, in this position, and born into a generation of humans at a critical time.
I want to use my skills and influence to protect our gorgeous planet, and shape a better world for our kids.
STARTUPS
My first leadership role at a purpose-led startup in 2014 was a baptism of fire.
I was second-in-command, and we scaled the organisation 4X in two years. I was keenly aware of my limitations, and I felt adrift in terms of my next steps. I wished I had a coach to help me navigate a path forwards.
I trained as a coach in 2017, started working in climate entrepreneurship in 2018 … and found my sweet spot. The rest is history!
SONS
In 2020 I was pregnant with our first child, whilst Australian wildfires raged on the other side of the world. I was devastated by the losses. This wasn’t the world he deserved to inherit.
Already working in climate by then, I felt even more resolve to try and make the future better. I re-committed my career to supporting even more climate leaders.
I now have two young boys, born 2020 and 2023. I want them to experience a planet that becomes restored and cared for in their lifetimes – and to know I’ve been a small part of turning the ship around.
I want my kids to feel proud of me.
